It is the company's digital extension, enabling customers to browse and purchase products online easily and securely, while providing a modern and reliable shopping experience in the areas covered by the delivery service, in accordance with the delivery scope and regions outlined in the store's approved delivery policy.
AtoZ Store offers a wide range of products, including smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers, accessories, electronics, home appliances, and various tech products that are continuously updated in line with market needs.
The store management reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the display of any product or service, or to modify prices or update/correct the information and specifications displayed, at any time, in accordance with business requirements and applicable legislation, provided that such changes do not affect previously approved orders or diminish customers' rights related to those orders.

Fourth: Product Specifications and Approved Reference
The essential specifications and characteristics listed on the product page at the time of order confirmation shall constitute the primary reference for the agreed-upon specifications in the online purchasing process. The packaging, booklets, or documents accompanying the product may contain general marketing statements, translations, or symbols issued by the manufacturer that do not by themselves constitute an approved technical standard or classification.
No technical feature or specification shall be considered part of the product's approved specifications unless it is explicitly and specifically stated on the product page. Likewise, the mere appearance of a general marketing statement, a symbol on the packaging, or within the materials accompanying the product shall not be considered evidence that the product meets a specific standard, classification, or performance level, unless explicitly stated on the product page.
The foregoing does not affect the customer's rights if the product is proven not to conform to the specifications announced on the product page, or any other rights granted to the customer under applicable legislation.
Fifth: User Account Management
a) Account Creation
The use of some AtoZ Store services requires creating a user account. When creating an account, the user is obligated to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Update personal data whenever any changes occur.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the username and password and not share them with any other person.
The user bears full responsibility for all activities conducted through their account as a result of their negligence in maintaining login credentials.
The user must promptly notify the store management upon suspecting any unauthorized use of their account.
Each registered account is considered a personal account and may not be transferred or assigned to any other person.
b) Account Suspension, Deactivation, or Cancellation
AtoZ Store management may suspend, deactivate, or cancel any user account, temporarily or permanently, in cases including but not limited to:
- Providing inaccurate or misleading information.
- Misuse of the website or its services.
- Attempting to breach the website or compromise its security or integrity.
- Using the website for any unlawful activities.
- Violating the store's terms and conditions of use.
The store may take the appropriate action necessary to protect the website and customers' rights in accordance with applicable laws.

Seventh: Working Days and Hours
AtoZ Store is committed to providing the highest level of service and responding to customer inquiries during official working hours, as follows:
- Working Days: Saturday through Thursday.
- Working Hours: From 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
(The online store receives purchase orders 24 hours a day; however, order review, processing, and responding to inquiries, complaints, and technical support requests are conducted during official working days and hours.)
The store may modify working days or hours or response times during official holidays, special occasions, or for any operational reasons, provided that such changes are announced through the website, social media pages, or any other approved communication channels of the store.

Ninth: Policy Applicability and Acceptance
AtoZ Store is the official online platform of Abu Zahra Electronics, and all purchase and sale transactions conducted through it are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies published on the website.

Amendments shall apply to orders, transactions, and procedures conducted after their effective date, and shall not retroactively affect previously confirmed orders, completed transactions, or rights established for customers prior to that date.
